Age-Appropriate Training
Our programs are carefully designed to align with each athlete's age, developmental stage, and individual needs. Every training session incorporates age-appropriate techniques, exercises, and challenges that support physical development, athletic performance, and cognitive growth.
Fundamental Movement Skills
We build athletic foundations by developing the essential movement skills every athlete needs to succeed. Our program focuses on the ABCs of Athletic Development:
A – Agility: The ability to move quickly, efficiently, and change direction with control.
B – Balance: Developing stability, body awareness, and control during movement.
C – Coordination: Enhancing the ability to perform movements smoothly, accurately, and effectively.
By mastering these fundamental skills, athletes create a strong foundation for speed, strength, power, and long-term success in any sport.

What To Expect
Training Program
50-Minute Sessions
1x Per Week
$90/month
OR
2x Per Week
$140/month
📍 Location: Lake City High School Track
We keep our class sizes limited to provide personalized coaching and maximize athlete development.
Intermediate/Advanced & Sport-Specific Programs: Up to 20 athletes per group.
Mini Go Getters Program: Up to 15 athletes per group.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Athletes will participate in regular assessments throughout the year to measure progress and track improvements in the skills being developed during training.
Progress Tracking
Each month, parents will receive a newsletter outlining our training goals and areas of focus. The newsletter will also include coaching tips, at-home activities, and ways to support your athlete's growth and development outside of training sessions.
